iCraft is excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for volunteers at our It’s Summer Time! event, happening on 31st August – 2nd September 2023 at R&F Mall.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fun and exciting event that is focused on family and fun. We are looking for volunteers to help with a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Greeting guests and handing out information.
  • Helping with activities and games.
  • Managing the merchandise booth.
  • Keeping the event area clean and tidy.

iCraft 3.0 Volunteer Recruitment 义工招募

Join Us for a Spectacular Family Summer Holiday! 🌳🎉 

🪆 Event: iCraft Summer Holiday 
 📅 Date: 31 Aug – 2 Sept (Thurs-Sat) 
🕒 Time: 10am – 6pm 
🏞️ Venue: R&F Mall, Johor Bahru 
 
Recruitment target:
Not limited to men or women ; 16 – 61 years old; education/kids enthusiast 

Volunteer job scope: 
  • Able to work and cooperate with the Woots team 
  • Create a 3-days parent-child family day.
Assist with specification content:
  1. Guide the attendees during the event 
  2. Assist at the Registration / Game Station / Workshop / Gift Redemption / Battle Arena Registration 
  3. Connect and guide parent-child/families to carry out activities
  4. Assist with the general planning team of Woots! Event to run “iCraft Summer Holiday”
This time we ONLY open for 50 volunteers.
We will screen through and send a confirmation email/message once you submit the application as volunteer, you will then invited to our volunteer group via WhatsApp. Take notes that if you’ve not been added to the group within 2 weeks time that means you’re not qualified to apply as iCraft volunteer.
